How is the equipment installed?
Concrete foundations approximately 500mm deep are needed to secure the equipment. After the concrete has cured the equipment can then be bolted to the concrete with heavy duty anchor bolts.

Do you deliver and install the equipment?
All prices quoted includes delivery of the equipment, but not installation. We can provide an installation service, if required. However, it may be more cost effective for the customer to organise installation of the products (a task that can be carried out by any builder). We will provide comprehensive installation instructions.

Does the equipment need to be maintained?
Although the equipment is designed to need little maintenance, it should be checked regularly to ensure it has not been damaged. OnlyOutdoors offers a maintenance service.

How long will it take for my project to be completed?
Our products are all made to order. It will take approximately eight weeks from when the products are ordered for them to be installed and ready for use.

Which package should I select? Can I choose my own package?
The packages we offer have been carefully chosen to meet the different requirements of a community. The equipment suitable for a sports team will differ from that of a retirement community. However, all our packages offer a comprehensive workout. Should you wish to design your own package, we will work closely with you to select the appropriate pieces. We will also advise on equipment layout.

What surfacing is appropriate?
It depends on where the equipment will be located. Various surround surface options could include wood chips, concrete, wet pour, rubber tiles, etc.

Do you provide instructions for using the products?
Our Deluxe Range of products come with comprehensive instructions. These are fully customisable, allowing the end user to display logos, contact telephone numbers, even advertising, if required. With our Standard Range, sign boards can be provided with the instructions alongside the products.
